*All persons confirmed in the same Villa and/or a Family or a group in separate Villas must book same Meal Plan for the entire length of stay.

* Terms & Condition Of Seaplane Transfers :
>> Island Aviation Seaplane Maldivian are operated only during daylight between 0.6:00am to 17:00 pm.
>> If the International Flight arrival is after 15:30pm or is departing before 09:00am guest are advised to arrange overnight accommodation in Male' before or after flight or/ and must book a domestic flight. The last seaplane from Brennia Kottefaru to Velana International Airport Seaplane will depart approximately at 14:30pm.
>> All guest's arrival and departure via seaplane transfer / or domestic flight must be booked by Brennia Kottefaru. International Flight details must be provided at least 14 Days prior to the arrival date to ensure the best seaplane transfer connection.
>> The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. There might be up to 2 stops at other resort only for shared seaplane.
>> Here is a luggage allowance of 20kg per person, plus 5Kg of hand luggage (not applicable for infants).
>> As per the Maldvian Seaplane Terms Of Carriage, any excess baggage is chargeable at USD6.00++ per 1Kg which can be paid directly to Maldivian Seaplane Counter upon check-in at the seaplane terminal.


* Minimum Stay Policy :
This resort has minimum nights to book, which is 3 nights.

* Terms & Conditions Of Domestic Flight + Speedboat Transfers:
>> Domestic from Ifuru Airport will take approximately 20 minutes followed by approximately 20 minutes via speedboat.
>> Maximum checked-in luggage is 20kg per person (not applicable for infants) in unforeseen circumstance, luggage may be transported by boat or by a later flight (all other policies and procedures as per airlines regulations).
